A year's difference in skull face makeup! In 2015, I was going for a more realistic Day of the Dead makeup, and now I went completely realistic for my Sans cosplay. The only difference in my materials was the base paint--I used Kryolan this year instead of Halloween store paints, because they hurt my face really badly last year. However, I'd say their coverage on my face was pretty similar. (I 10/10 recommend Kryolan face paints though!! Use them! They are 10/10!!!) Anyways, the materials I used to really work the realistic magic was eyeshadow and eye pencils, both the exact same products as last year. So all of my improvements are skill-based! I don't know what's going on with the teeth at the far sides of the jaw in 2015... They can't just fade away?? And why are all the teeth the same size? Also why are there shadows that push in my cheeks and harsh lines on my brow bones instead of subtle shading? I believe this year my shading is way cleaner and the details are far more accurate.
